Mark Turner, Institute Professor in the Department of Cognitive Science, has received an Anneliese Maier Research Award from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. This €250,000, five-year prize supports Turner's self-chosen research projects, notably the Distributed Little Red Hen Lab, an international consortium which Turner co-directs. See the CWRU press release.
Students in COGS 101 came up with 30 research designs that could serve as Capstone Projects. If you’d like to use one of them, get permission from the group (contact info on the slide). Check out their amazing work!
